Candidate Presentation :
Share CVs of pre-screened and shortlisted candidates with the employer.
Employer Interaction :
Facilitate interviews via face-to-face, telephonic, or virtual platforms between the employer and shortlisted candidates.
Trade Tests (if applicable):
Coordinate and arrange trade tests to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, as required by the employer.
Final Selection:
Assist the employer in the final selection of the most suitable candidates
Medical Examinations:
Arrange for candidates’ medical checkups to meet visa requirements.
Visa and Documentation:
Handle visa stamping, emigration clearance, and all necessary documentation.
Travel Arrangements:
Organize flight tickets, travel insurance, and other logistical support to ensure a smooth transition for the selected candidates.
